Why don't I see any courses in my USAV Academy account?

1. Each USAV Regional Association determines what courses to offer to their members and when they will be available in the USAV Academy. It is possible that your Region has not yet specified their required coursework. Please contact your USAV Regional Association for more information about availability of coursework.

2. There are two places you may find your courses in your account. If you have been automatically enrolled in coursework, they will appear in your Dashboard. If you are to choose from a number of courses, they will be in your Content Library - just click on the link in your left navigation bar.

3. If after checking these reasons you still find no coursework, there may be an issue with your account. Please submit a help desk ticket and a technician will troubleshoot your issue.
